Hi, I’m Jen!

I sew from my kitchen table (usually surrounded by fabric scraps, thread, and a bit of chaos), and I share simple, beginner-friendly sewing tutorials here at Jelly Rolls with Jen.

I especially love jelly roll rugs, scrappy projects, and finding creative ways to turn leftover fabric into something beautiful and useful.

I’m not an expert quilter with a fancy sewing studio. I’m a real-life, sew-after-the-kids-go-to-bed kind of maker. I sew on an old machine, in a busy house, often with imperfect lighting and limited space. I think that’s why I love these projects so much.

I know how overwhelming sewing can feel when tutorials get too complicated, too technical, or too perfectionistic.

That’s why my goal is simple, to help you make beautiful projects without overthinking every step.
